We recently added the job search area to Youth Ministry Exchange, so we thought it was prudent post some answers to common questions about it.

Why do the links take me to Youthministrypro.com?

Youth Ministry Pro is a fully owned website of Youth Specialties. We started YMpro in December 2007 for the sole purpose of helping youth workers and ministries connect. We run it as a separate website in order to increase the search engine exposure for both people posting jobs and people posting resumes. We feel like the topic is important enough to have a dedicated site. 

So, when you post a resume or job there... it is really posting here as well.

Why should I post my resume?

Finding the right ministry fit is a tough job. We think that posting your resume on a Youth Ministry Exchange website is just one of the myriad of things that will help you land the perfect job.
